TEAM
STRENGTH

This
event is designed to enhance teamwork
and strengthen bonds within groups,
in a fun and interactive environment.
Each element is highly interactive
and designed to promote communication,
teamwork, and the ability to work
with all types of people. Activities
will be high-energy and focused on
application of the principles learned. |
LEAD
ON
3 or 4 Hours |
This
experience is designed to strengthen
leadership skills in individuals,
as well as leading a group. Extra
time on group challenges will enhance
the leadership and thinking skills.
Initiatives will focus on group change
and the challenge of working together.
Processing time will be spent on
the effectiveness of the leadership
applications and working with many
different personalities. |
SOLVE
THIS
3 or 4 Hours |
This
experience will promote team work
in problem solving and finding solutions
to situations. Groups will be challenged
to look "outside the box"
to form solutions or overcome obstacles.
Individuals will be shown how to bring
personal ideas to create a team solution,
through team challenges and initiatives.
Varied missions and barriers will be
presented to encourage creative solutions. |
FOCUS
ON FAITH
3 or 4 Hours |
Designed
to test faith in others, and bring
out faith in every day life. These
elements will accentuate team work
and the need to work as a unit. Scripture
is foundational and designed to encourage
individuals to search their beliefs
and the application of those beliefs
in their daily lives. Specifically
designed for youth groups, and initiatives
are high energy and interactive.
Objectives will be met with lots
of fun and entertaining challenges. |
